Qualifikationen

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active CA Bar in good standing or eligibility for immediate admission.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic legal advice to senior leaders across UCLA’s clinical enterprise.
• Advise on a broad range of labor and employment matters including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, leaves, discipline and privacy.
• Represent the University in proceedings and coordinate with outside counsel as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to leaders on employment law matters and institutional policies.

J.D. from ABA-accredited institution

Active member in good standing of the State Bar of California or eligible for immediate membership
