Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Principal Business Compensation Analyst to drive Total Rewards strategies in a hybrid role near Houston, TX. You will consult with business and HR leaders, analyze market data, model changes to reward programs, and ensure alignment with HR processes.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in compensation/benefits/finance/HR, along with strong leadership, analytical, and regulatory knowledge.
We are looking for a Principal Business Compensation Analyst to work hybrid near an HPE office, preferably in Houston, TX. In this role, you will plan, design, develop, analyze, communicate, and implement Total Rewards strategies and programs aligned to HPE’s business and HR priorities. You will consult with business and HR leaders to develop compensation solutions, analyze internal and external market data, model changes to reward programs, monitor legal and regulatory requirements, and integrate compensation programs with related HR processes such as performance and talent management.

Annual Salary USD 105,500 - 243,000 in Texas. Variable incentives may also be offered.
