Boston Scientific's Interventional Therapies IO&E team seeks a Principal BI Analyst to develop and maintain sales enablement platforms for a national field sales organization and executive stakeholders.

In a hybrid role based in Minneapolis, you will own analytics, data tools, training, and strategic projects to drive sales performance while collaborating with cross-functional partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent combo.
• 7+ years in commercial ops with 4+ years BI tools/data mgmt.
• 2+ years SQL experience.
• 3+ years with Vis Dev Tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker/Sigma).
• Advanced knowledge of Tableau and Snowflake.
• Expert-level Excel/Power Apps/Power Automate/PowerPoint/Word.
• Travel up to 10% domestically.

Responsibilities

• Develop and distribute sales analytics and reporting for field sales and leadership.
• Own and maintain US IO&E sales data and field tools.
• Deliver training on proactive tools for area/region/product trends.
• Identify opportunities by monitoring trends and metrics.
• Develop data sets to improve analyses and reduce effort.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic projects for sales execution.
