Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience analyzing complex data sets and delivering insights.
• Expert SQL skills including complex queries and performance tuning.
• Experience with modern data stack tools, especially Snowflake.
• Ability to translate business needs into data products and drive creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to tell the business story with clear insights; train end users.
• Design and maintain the data operating model including governance and workflows.
• Collaborate to define an AI and analytics roadmap to improve performance and reduce admin burden.
• Translate stakeholder data needs into visualizations and prioritize projects by business value.
• Coordinate with data product managers and IT to define data requirements and resolve data issues.
• Communicate status and insights clearly to executives and end users.
