What You Will Do

• Perform the role of thought leader and chief architect for data visualization based analytic solutions.
• Engage with external customers on a quarterly basis.
• Analyze complex business problems and prepare detailed specifications.
• Act as a technical resource for the team, providing assistance on system issues and work processes.
• Conduct discovery and fact-finding to fully understand assignments.
• Identify, communicate, and implement best practices.
• Collaborate with Data & Analytics leadership on Tableau and data visualization strategies.
• Mentor junior team members on development best practices.
• Design scalable, high-performance data visualization solutions.
• Facilitate cross-functional problem solving to ensure project success.
• Provide project status updates, escalate issues, and communicate risks.
• Create and enforce data visualization standards across the enterprise.
• Assist with employee development and training initiatives.
• Guide and support junior staff members.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's or advanced degree (if required).
• 8+ years of relevant experience; in lieu of degree, 10+ years of experience.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Experience in the Healthcare Industry.
• Desire to make an impact and curiosity to solve problems.
• Comfort engaging directly with leadership at the Sr. Manager level and above.

Salary Range

Our salaries are competitive and reflect market rates, experience, and skills. The base salary is part of a comprehensive Total Rewards package, including an Annual Incentive Bonus, 401(k) with employer match, PTO, and health benefits.

Range: $105,600.00 - $191,800.00
