CVector's mission is to bring real time economic optimization and AI prediction to every energy and manufacturing plant. This Principal role will evolve CVector's core backend platform, focusing on time-series data systems, AI-assisted analytics, cloud infrastructure, and data ingestion pipelines that power our applications.

You'll own complex systems, drive migrations, shape how intelligence is embedded into industrial energy workflows, and collaborate with product, modeling, and frontend

Qualifications

• Show track record of impacting the industry through backend systems.
• 10+ years of experience building and operating production backend systems.
• Built and maintained multiple generations of distributed systems.
• Familiar with agentic system design and AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own complex backend systems powering customer applications.
• Lead migrations and shape platform direction.
• Collaborate with product, modeling, and frontend engineers.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security in the cloud stack.
