Job summary

LTIMindtree in Atlanta seeks a Program Architect Salesforce Platform to lead a senior, multi-workstream program, owning solution architecture, technical coherence, and delivery governance to ensure Salesforce design supports business outcomes and enterprise standards.

You will bridge business strategy, Salesforce architecture, and delivery execution, providing a unified governance lens across clouds, integrations, environments, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 12 years of Salesforce delivery, architecture and enterprise programs.
• Experience leading large-scale multi-team Salesforce transformations.
• Experience owning Salesforce architecture and governance across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Preferred: experience with global distributed teams and Salesforce SI partners.

Role Description

The Program Architect Salesforce Platform is a senior leadership role that combines program management discipline with deep Salesforce architectural ownership for large complex multiworkstream Salesforce programs This role owns programlevel solution architecture technical coherence and delivery governance ensuring that Salesforce design decisions and execution remain aligned with business outcomes platform strategy and enterprise standards

The Program Architect serves as the connective layer between business strategy Salesforce solution architecture and delivery executionproviding a unified architectural and governance lens across multiple Salesforce clouds integrations environments and delivery teams

Experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 12 years of experience across Salesforce delivery solution architecture and enterprise programs
• Proven experience leading largescale multiteam Salesforce transformations
• Experience owning Salesforce architecture and governance across multiple concurrent workstreams

Skills Competencies

• Strong blend of program management rigor and Salesforce architectural depth
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities limits and ecosystem integrations
• Excellent executive communication stakeholder alignment and decisionmaking skills
• Demonstrated ability to make and defend complex architecture and delivery tradeoffs
• Strong risk management quality and governance mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering Salesforce programs in regulated or complex industries Financial Services Healthcare Manufacturing Public Sector
• Experience working with global distributed teams and Salesforce SI partners
• Exposure to datacentric analyticsdriven or industry cloud Salesforce programs
• Salesforce and architecture certifications Agentforce Data 360 Revenue Cloud Platform Developer II Salesforce Architect are a plus

Variable Compensation: This position includes a bonus or variable payout component based on individual and organizational performance. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
