We give everyone—from emerging artists to global brands—everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We’re passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We’re on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

This is a superb opportunity to join a fast-growing team within Adobe Digital Media Professional Services! We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Technical Architect to work with our global customers.

The team is responsible for providing expert skills in the implementation of the

Document Cloud and Creative Cloud solutions as well as integrating complementary enterprise solutions and clients' existing IT infrastructure. We encourage our team to be creative, collaborative, and committed to delivering outstanding experiences for our customers.

The Technical Architect works with customers and Adobe colleagues at multiple levels, delivering best-of-breed solutions. Our customers have access to our Professional Services Offerings throughout their investment into certain Adobe products, meaning that our consultants stay engaged with them to ensure successful implementations and business outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Serve as the technical authority for our Digital Media products, primarily Firefly, Adobe Express, Adobe Express Embed SDK, Adobe Express Add-Ons, Adobe Firefly Services, Custom Models, generative AI, and emerging technology. Have an intimate understanding of its functionality, its technical capabilities, and how it delivers value.

• Architect and design the implementation of Adobe products and APIs, their uses and limitations, and a master of SDKs.

• Possess deep knowledge and proficiency in programming languages, frameworks, and development tools relevant to the industry. This includes a strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and standard processes.

• Analyzing complex technical challenges and devising effective solutions is crucial. This involves the ability to troubleshoot issues, debug code, and propose innovative approaches to meet client requirements.

• Effective communication is essential to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. This includes the ability to listen actively, articulate ideas clearly, and adapt communication style based on the audience, whether it's clients, project managers, product managers, or fellow developers.

• Experience in consulting roles is valuable as it involves understanding client needs, gathering requirements, and providing expert advice tailored to specific business objectives. This includes the ability to translate technical jargon into understandable language for clients and stakeholders.

• The technology landscape evolves rapidly, so a technical architect should demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and methodologies. This may involve participating in training programs, attending conferences, and pursuing relevant certifications to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Help customers adopt Adobe solutions after successful implementation. This includes training end users and admins, proposing and delivering new use cases, and working collaboratively with customers to prove the value of their investment with Adobe.

• Operate in a fast-paced delivery environment while owning multiple customer engagements in parallel.

What you need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of prior experience in a Technical Architect role.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues, resolve them quickly, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist.

• An inquisitive attitude, willing to challenge the status quo and design pioneering solutions.

• An innovative thinker and collaborative business partner who is well-organized and thorough with strong stakeholder management.

• Strong presentation skills to be able to communicate complex business process/system topics effectively to senior leadership.

• Participate in discovery sessions to identify business & technical priorities and expectations.

• Leading/Participating in brainstorming sessions and ability to estimate efforts within the defined scope.

• Ability to understand and develop automation workflows using automation tools like MS Power Automate

• Proficiency in Python, Java, and other enterprise-grade languages. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $182,900 -- $388,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
