Job summary

SNIPEBRIDGE is seeking a Principal Senior Architect to join a leading architectural studio in NYC. This role emphasizes leadership in driving design development and managing client relationships, leading projects from concept through construction. The ideal candidate will have 8-12+ years of experience, a strong portfolio in hospitality design, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.

This hybrid role requires in-office work from Monday to Thursday and remote work on Fridays. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of professional experience, ideally at NYC-based firms.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design excellence, particularly in hospitality or experiential environments.
• Professional licensure preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects end-to-end, from concept and schematic design through construction administration.
• Develop, refine, and present design concepts and drawings.
• Coordinate and manage consultants and contractors across all phases of work.
