Archinect in New York City is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Designer to join its award-winning practice focused on luxury hospitality, restaurant, and cultural interiors. You will contribute from concept through design development, producing compelling presentation drawings and buildable documentation.

Qualifications

• Four to eight years of professional architectural experience.
• Experience with hospitality, restaurant, cultural, or high-end commercial interior projects.
• Strong design sensibility and the ability to translate conceptual ideas into buildable architectural solutions.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape, V‑Ray, Lumion, or similar visualization software is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative, design-focused studio.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of luxury hospitality, restaurant, and cultural interior projects from concept through design development.
• Prepare presentation drawings, design studies, and architectural documentation.
• Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and 3D models that clearly communicate design intent.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers, architects, consultants, and project teams throughout the design process.
• Participate in material research, space planning, and design coordination.
• Assist in producing high-quality drawing packages while maintaining exceptional design standards.
• Coordinate with consultants to support seamless project execution and documentation.
