We are looking to hire aPrincipal Architect, AI Ecosystem & Partner Integrationsto define the technical architecture, integration patterns, and development standards for third-party integrations into the the company platform.
This role will work closely with the broader Partner Integrations team to support and maintain strong technical relationships with each integration partner. The Principal Architect will help ensure partner integrations are well-designed, stable, secure, supportable, and continuously validated as both the company and partner platforms evolve.
A key responsibility will be establishing the technical standards and best practices used across the company’s partner integration ecosystem. This includes source control standards, code review practices, API usage guidelines, documentation expectations, security practices, reusable design patterns, testing requirements, and overall development best practices. The Principal Architect will also help drive these standards throughout the Field organization so customer-facing technical teams are building consistent, supportable, and scalable solutions.
This role will create the tools, frameworks, and reference architectures that make it easier for partners and field teams to build with the company. This includes developer toolkits, API wrappers, sample code, validation automation, integration templates, reference architectures, and “art of the possible” demos that help partners move from concept to MVP quickly while giving the Field practical examples they can use with customers.
The Principal Architect will also work closely with Product and Field leadership to ensure external partner efforts are aligned to customer needs, product direction, support readiness, and field execution. The goal is to ensure partner integrations are not only technically sound, but also valuable to customers, deployable by the field, and trusted by the company and its partners.
This role will be a senior technical leader within the AI Ecosystem & Partner Innovation function, helping turn the company’s integration efforts into a scalable ecosystem strategy that drives customer value, partner innovation, field adoption, and platform differentiation.
