At Crossvale, we don’t just modernize technology—we build lasting partnerships with our customers. We are seeking a Principal Architect (PA) to lead key accounts, drive technical excellence, and champion growth through innovative cloud and application modernization solutions.

Responsibilities

• Architect and validate solutions across infrastructure and application modernization.
• Lead solution design, planning, and risk mitigation.
• Oversee project health and delivery quality.
• Lead strategic direction and execution for assigned customers.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through proactive onboarding, retention, and expansion.
• Align internal teams and delivery resources to match evolving client needs.
• Act as the technical lead during pre-sales engagements, partnering with Account Executives to understand client needs and craft strategic OpenShift solutions.
• Deliver compelling technical presentations and live demos that clearly communicate the value of our offerings.
• Develop and present technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and detailed Statements of Work (SOW).
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise clients throughout the sales process, helping define migration strategies, integration plans, and platform roadmaps.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings, workshops, and events.

Qualifications

• Proven success in technical leadership, customer strategy, and architecture planning.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat, container platforms, hybrid cloud, or application modernization.
• Confidence in both delivery execution and sales collaboration.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading 7-figure enterprise deals.
• Deep technical understanding of Red Hat OpenShift platforms.
• Skilled in scoping consulting engagements, estimating engineering effort, and creating solution roadmaps.
• Experience designing and presenting enterprise-grade containerized and cloud-native solutions.
• Strong grasp of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and platform modernization strategies.
• Ability to align technical solutions with customer pain points and strategic outcomes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Experience writing technical documentation, SOWs, and RFP responses.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and able to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally across sales, engineering, and delivery teams.
• Skilled in leading discovery calls, solution design workshops, and technical roadmap sessions.
• Proven ability to architect best-of-breed OpenShift solutions tailored to unique customer environments.
