Role: OneStream Architect – Planning Focus

Henderson Drake is working with a fast-growing OneStream Diamond Partner that’s delivering some of the most complex performance management projects across North America and Europe. They’re now looking to bring in a OneStream Architect with a strong focus on Planning to help design and drive high-impact solutions for global clients.

The Role

This is a key role within a skilled delivery team. You’ll be responsible for shaping how clients use OneStream for planning, budgeting, and forecasting—bringing together technical precision, financial insight, and a deep understanding of how to build scalable, long-term solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Designing architecture for OneStream Planning solutions that align with client needs and business goals
• Developing applications: metadata, forms, business rules, cube views, dashboards
• Leading implementations from discovery through deployment, with hands-on involvement at every stage
• Integrating systems: working across ERP and source systems to ensure seamless data flows
• Advising clients: acting as a trusted technical lead and mentoring internal teams where needed

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of experience working on end-to-end OneStream projects
• Expertise in Planning (consolidation knowledge a plus)
• Strong foundation in VB.NET or business rules scripting
• Confident translating finance requirements into technical solutions
• Comfortable working directly with clients and guiding implementation teams
• OneStream R1 Architect certification is a bonus but not required
• High-growth consultancy with top-tier clients and technically strong teams
