About The Role

As a senior and key member of the Solution Assurance Team, the Principal Architect, Solution understands our customers’ most pressing business challenges and drives their success by addressing complex supply chain management challenges through Kinaxis Maestro deployments. This role will work on Partner led Maestro deployment engagements and leverages deep Maestro expertise to guide partners and customers on best practices, ensuring seamless integration of our supply chain solutions for immediate value realization of Kinaxis solutions.

What you will do

  • Serve as a supply chain and Maestro expert, articulating the value of Kinaxis’ solution throughout the customer journey.
  • Lead solution assurance engagements with customers and partners, providing input into defining and implementation of supply chain software requirements.
  • Evaluate the overall systems architecture and data flow for customers’ business needs, recommending standard and unique software functionalities to meet business needs.
  • Identify and provide inputs to mitigate deployment risks, ensuring robust solutions are aligned with best practices.
  • Review and provide expert advice on complex data and analytics configurations to ensure the solution produces the expected results based on best practices.
  • Provide functional leadership during critical deployment escalations, providing recommendations to resolve complex supply chain challenges.
  • Present actionable insights to business stakeholders up to executive level roles, synthesizing complex information clearly.
  • Manage multiple engagements simultaneously and effectively, fostering strong collaboration with partners and customers.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Information Technology or a related field.
  • 7-10 years’ experience in software implementation, consulting or business experience in supply / demand planning, inventory management, or manufacturing.
  • 4+ years as a solution architect for enterprise level supply chain transformation projects and deployment, deploying Kinaxis Maestro solutions and applications.
  • Excellent facilitation skills, adept communicator skilled at managing customer and stakeholder interactions.
  • Self-starter who shows initiative in their work and learning and can excel in a fast-paced, matrix work environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills, able to synthesize a high volume of complex information to determine and lead teams towards best course of action.
  • Proven leadership, interpersonal and coaching/mentoring capabilities within a dedicated, matrixed work team.

Role Specific Skills And Experience

  • Expertise in supply chain concepts and best practices coupled with in-depth experience with Maestro supply chain solutions and applications
  • Experience producing and reviewing complex blueprints on business processes and translating technical requirements during software implementations with Large/Enterprise customers with multiyear/multi geography deployments.
  • Technical experience in data integration, data management, system configuration and deployment for supply chain software implementations.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% and work effectively remotely from client sites.
