Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or related field) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience.
• Proven experience in field engineering, specifically with time and frequency systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, install, configure, and transition/commission time and frequency equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to time and frequency systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and repairs to optimize system performance.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and training to customers and end-users.
• Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, service reports, and project records.
• Lead/collaborate with internal teams and customers to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met.
