Job summary

Félix is hiring a Principal Analyst for Loss Mitigation & Forecasting to safeguard our capital and optimize recoveries from non-performing loans. You’ll design data models and predictive collections infrastructure, bridging math modeling with aggressive operations execution.

This IC-level role partners with Operations and Data/Analytics Engineering to implement automated contact strategies and advanced propensity-to-pay models.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven quantitative experience in Credit Risk Analytics.
• Specialization in Loss Mitigation, Collections Strategy, and Loss Forecasting/Provisioning.

Responsibilities

• Architect loss mitigation strategies to optimize collections and recoveries.
• Define automated contact strategies with WhatsApp, SMS, and omnichannel systems.
• Build advanced collections models to optimize resource prioritization for recovery ROI.
• Develop loss forecasting models (CECL) for capital resiliency.
• Manage credit loss budget and capacity planning for the C-suite.
• Evaluate and onboard third-party vendors and software for credit loss collection.
