Annapurna Labs Ltd., AWS's silicon division, seeks a Principal Engineer to own analog/mixed-signal IP for the custom silicon portfolio. You will architect, design, and deliver high-performance IP blocks including SerDes/PHY, PLLs, data converters, and power management across advanced CMOS nodes.

Qualificações

• 15+ years in analog/mixed-signal design on advanced CMOS nodes.
• Deep expertise in high-speed SerDes/PHY, PLL/DLL, data converters, LDOs.
• Tapeouts and silicon bring-up in volume production.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design cycle from architecture to silicon validation, including schematic and layout.
• Collaborate with SoC, digital, physical design, DFT, packaging, and system teams.
• Set design methodologies, flows, and tool/PDK evaluation.
• Develop reusable IP portable across process nodes to meet multiple product needs.
