Job summary

Enboarder is seeking engineers to design and build agentic AI systems that tightly couple AI capabilities with customer workflows. You will collaborate with ML, software and product teams to push the boundaries of AI development tools, ensuring secure, scalable, and production-ready code.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python; solid experience with C++ and/or Java.
• Build and ship high-quality, production-grade software with AI as a core part of development workflow.
• Design and orchestrate complex systems where AI agents integrate into human workflows.
• Hands-on with LLMs, agentic workflows, and AI tooling.
