Job summary

Amazon in Seattle is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect within the Customer Success organization to guide enterprise customers through adoption and production of AI inference at scale using Mantle and Amazon Bedrock.

You will own the post-sales journey from initial adoption to value realization, shaping AI strategies, operating models, and success criteria with executives and technical teams. You will influence product roadmaps and establish scalable success methodologies across customers.

Qualifications

10+ years in software, cloud, systems, security, networking, or data & analytics.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent.
Experience developing technology solutions and end-to-end roadmaps for IT cloud transformations.
Experience communicating to technical and non-technical audiences, including C-levels.
Knowledge of distributed systems design
Knowledge of large-scale automation/workflow management
Knowledge of database design and implementation
Strong presentation and whiteboarding skills with executives
Experience migrating customer requirements to the cloud

Responsibilities

As Principal Solutions Architect, act as strategic technical advisor to enterprise customers adopting AI inference at scale on Mantle/Bedrock.
Own structured success planning for strategic accounts including executive reviews and adoption milestones.
Architect production-ready inference solutions leveraging Mantle's engine and OpenAI-compatible APIs.
Lead deep-dive engagements to resolve production challenges and optimize performance.
Translate customer feedback into actionable product roadmap inputs for Mantle engineering.
Create reference architectures, best practices, and mentor other Solutions Architects.
