Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect for the Bedrock Customer Success team focused on Mantle. You will serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers, guiding AI inference adoption from PoC to production at scale and shaping long-term AI strategies.

You will own end-to-end customer transformation, drive measurable value, and influence product roadmaps by capturing feedback from executive sponsors and technical teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology domain experience (software, cloud, systems)
• Experience communicating with executive stakeholders
• Experience developing end-to-end technology roadmaps for IT transformations

Responsibilities

• Own structured success planning for strategic customer accounts and executive reviews
• Architect production-ready AI inference solutions leveraging Mantle and Bedrock
• Lead deep-dive engagements to resolve production challenges and optimize latency, throughput, cost
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product roadmap inputs for Mantle engineering
• Create reference architectures and mentor other Solutions Architects
