Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Solutions Architect within the Mantle Customer Success team to guide enterprise customers through AI inference at scale on Amazon Bedrock. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, from adoption to production, driving measurable business outcomes.

You will shape AI strategies with executives, architect production-ready solutions, and champion scalable success methodologies across accounts with focus on latency, cost, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in relevant technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, or systems engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.
• Experience developing technology solutions and evangelising end-to-end roadmaps guiding IT transformations toward cloud computing.
• Experience communicating to technical and non-technical audiences and at C-level, including training, workshops, and publications.
• Knowledge of distributed systems design, large-scale automation, and database design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic technical advisor to customers' senior and executive stakeholders, shaping long-term AI inference strategies and guiding production deployment at scale.
• Own customer transformation health end-to-end—identify adoption barriers, architect solutions, and drive measurable value realization.
• Architect production-ready inference solutions leveraging Mantle’s engine and OpenAI-compatible APIs, optimizing latency, throughput, cost, and compliance.
• Lead deep-dive technical engagements to resolve production challenges across multi-region deployments and ML pipelines.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable product roadmap inputs for Mantle engineering teams and create reference architectures and best practices.
