Job summary

Genesys Cloud Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal AI Solutions Architect in Customer Success for the EMEA region. You will bridge customer ambitions and AI transformation, shaping reference architectures, data flows, and implementation roadmaps across industries.

You will lead discovery, design, POC delivery, and governance, partnering with CX Advisors, Solution Consultants, and customer stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of combined AI implementation and solution-architecture experience.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI systems in production contexts.
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• German and English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Advise, influence & drive adoption — lead discovery, align strategy, and translate business KPIs to technical priorities.
• Design reference architectures, data flows, and integration patterns for AI-powered orchestration.
• Prototype and implement rapid POC/MVPs using Genesys AI Studio and related product suites across CX channels.
• Governance, ethics and enablement — ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance; mentor teams.
