Genesys is seeking a Principal AI Solutions Architect, Customer Success to guide AI transformation initiatives for Fortune 1000 clients. You will partner with executives to shape AI strategy, architect scalable solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes using Agentic AI and Experience Orchestration.

You will lead cross-functional teams across Product, Professional Services, and Engineering, ensuring governance and responsible AI across AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive discovery and alignment to identify AI transformation opportunities.
• Translate objectives into scalable AI-powered solutions and reference architectures.
• Drive AI delivery across enterprise platforms, ensuring governance, security and compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders.
