Job summary

You will drive cloud-native architecture, distributed systems engineering, and AI/ML integration to enable high availability and security. As a senior technical leader, you will mentor engineers, influence architectural decisions, and translate complex requirements into durable technology solutions while advancing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, information systems, cybersecurity, or related area.
• 5+ years of software engineering experience in technology, retail, or data-driven company.
• 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area as an alternative track.
• Security certifications or advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and hands-on development of secure, scalable software platforms.
• Set technical direction translating complex requirements into scalable engineering solutions.
• Establish engineering patterns, coding standards, security controls, and best practices for availability, reliability, resiliency, and maintainability.
• Drive AI/ML and intelligent automation capabilities to modernize risk, compliance, and access governance.
• Lead technical design and code reviews, testing strategies, CI/CD, observability, and automation to improve software quality and operational excellence.
• Influence architecture and technology decisions across engineering, security, infrastructure, product, and business teams.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar through hands-on leadership and reusable patterns.
