This role focuses on secure adoption of AI, MCP gateways, and HIPAA-aligned controls within complex programs.

You will coach engineers, drive governance, and embed security into the AI development lifecycle, ensuring compliance and measurable risk reduction while enabling rapid innovation.

Qualifications

• 8+ years architect-level IT/cybersecurity experience.
• Extensive experience with enterprise security programs.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare data protection.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide security strategy for AI systems.
• Oversee risk assessments, governance, and incident response.
• Coach junior architects and collaborate with security, data science, and DevOps teams.
