Job summary

EY is seeking a Principal Architect for AI & Security to lead AI protection architecture across agents, copilots, and data products. You’ll translate business needs into scalable security architectures, define protection patterns, and guide technology selection while aligning with enterprise architecture and risk objectives.

The role requires deep expertise in AI protection, security design, and enterprise-scale platforms, with a strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and deliver

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, AI, Data Technology, or equivalent work experience.
• 15+ years in IT, cybersecurity, app development, data platforms, AI platforms, or related domains.
• 7+ years architecture experience on enterprise-scale platforms and security capabilities.
• 5+ years in AI-related development including security architecture, data security, or AI protection design.
• Experience leading architecture strategy, proof-of-value, or implementation planning for complex security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI protection architecture for AI agents, agentic AI, MCP, A2A, copilots, and AI data products.
• Drive strategy, target-state architecture, and security design decisions independently.
• Govern application standards across GRC, risk management, and cybersecurity platforms.
• Define UX/UI, workflow, and integration standards across strategic platforms.
• Define secure-by-design, Zero Trust, identity, data protection, monitoring, and guardrail controls for AI platforms.
