Job summary

EY is seeking a Principal Architect for AI & Security to lead AI protection architecture across AI agents, copilots, and data products. You will translate business needs into scalable security solutions, define protection patterns, and guide technology selection while aligning with enterprise Zero Trust and risk goals.

The role requires extensive AI security expertise, senior stakeholder influence, and a track record in enterprise security architecture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, AI or equivalent.
• 15+ years in IT, cybersecurity, app development, data platforms or AI.
• 7+ years architecture experience for enterprise platforms and security.
• 5+ years in AI security design, cloud security, data protection and related.
• Experience leading architecture strategy and implementation planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI protection architecture for AI agents, copilots, and AI platforms.
• Define protection patterns and controls aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Govern standards across risk, compliance, and security programs.
• Guide UX/UI, workflow, and secure API interoperability standards.
• Conduct threat modeling, risk assessments, and architecture reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI protection in delivery.
