Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to shape AI-powered learning experiences at scale. You’ll supervise discovery, definition, delivery, launch, and optimization for AI-enabled features that help students learn more effectively.

This hands-on role requires collaboration with engineering, data science, learning science, content, QA, legal, privacy, and business stakeholders to create trusted, measurable product experiences.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of product management experience for digital, software, SaaS, or education products.
• Hands-on experience shipping products from discovery through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Experience using generative AI tools in product work (research synthesis, prototyping, analysis).
• Understanding of LLM-based products, prompts, retrieval-augmented generation, and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate between technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support the roadmap and success metrics for AI-powered learning experiences.
• Identify opportunities where AI can improve outcomes, engagement, and product quality via research and experimentation.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled features from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Translate needs into clear product requirements and prioritized work.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, content, QA, and legal teams to deliver AI-powered experiences.
• Use AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure features align with privacy, security, accessibility, and responsible AI standards.
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement.
