Pearson is seeking a Product Manager to shape AI-powered learning experiences. You will drive discovery, definition, delivery, launch and optimization for AI-enabled features that help students learn more effectively. You’ll work with engineering, design, data science and content teams to turn opportunities into measurable product experiences.

A strong candidate will apply AI in their workflow, with focus on safety, privacy, and trust. This is a hands-on product role with holistic responsibility.

Formación

• 3+ years leading product management for digital/software/SaaS/education products.
• Experience shipping features from discovery to post-launch optimization.
• Hands-on use of generative AI tools in product work.
• Understanding of LLM-based products, prompts and retrieval-augmented generation.
• Strong ability to balance user value, business value, feasibility and safety.
• Strong analytical skills using data, experiments and user feedback.

Responsabilidades

• Support the roadmap and success metrics for AI-powered learning experiences.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve outcomes, engagement, personalization and quality.
• Deliver AI-enabled features end-to-end from discovery to launch and optimization.
• Translate needs into clear requirements, stories, and prioritized work.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, data science, content, QA and privacy teams.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate discovery, prototyping and documentation.
• Define AI-powered learning experiences with trust, safety and privacy in mind.
• Monitor product performance using analytics and feedback to drive improvements.
