Job summary

F5 is seeking a Principal Product Manager, AI to architect CX AI at scale. You will lead strategy, governance, and parallel-track delivery, ensuring measurable outcomes across the customer lifecycle.

Expect collaboration with Architecture, Security, and Legal to align AI initiatives with enterprise risk and value. You will own the roadmap, define target journeys with agentic AI, and drive adoption while protecting delivery velocity and responsible AI standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in AI or technology product management, software development, and customer-facing functions.
• Hands-on software development experience to prototype independently.
• Production generative AI or agentic solutions delivery at enterprise scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI product strategy and roadmap for CX, aligned to measurable business outcomes.
• Map current-state journeys and cross-functional workflows with systems of record.
• Establish baselines and value cases across operational and experience metrics.
• Own build-vs-buy decisions and vendor evaluations for CX AI capabilities.
• Partner with Architecture, Data Engineering, Security, Risk, and Legal to meet compliance.
