Job summary

F5 is seeking a hands-on Director of Product Management for AI Security. You will lead a team of AI Security PMs, drive end-to-end lifecycle ownership, and shape pricing, packaging, and GTM strategies for enterprise AI security solutions.

You will work with model providers and design partners to establish F5 as a leader in secure AI deployment. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and field teams to ship AI Gateway, MCP Gateway, and agentic identity solutions, while mentoring

Qualifications

3+ years of direct people management experience.
10+ years of product management in enterprise cybersecurity, cloud security, or developer platforms (2+ years in AI/ML).
Strong familiarity with AI guardrails, MCP, AI Gateway, and secure agentic platforms.
Knowledge of Workload Identity and Non-Human Identity governance, real-time guardrails, LLM red-teaming/evaluations.
Experience designing software pricing strategies and launching new products to market.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of AI Security Product Managers, setting high standards for technical rigor, product execution, and customer empathy.
Own strategic product areas including integration with model providers and design partners; translate requirements into multi-year roadmaps.
Drive pricing, packaging, sales enablement, and GTM collateral for enterprise customers.
