Job summary

You will own end-to-end lifecycle from ideation to GTM, partnering with model providers and design partners to position F5 as a leader in enterprise AI security.

You will drive market strategy, pricing, packaging, and sales enablement, mentor engineers and product managers, and advise CISOs on secure AI deployment patterns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years direct people management in product leadership or PM teams.
• 10+ years product management experience in enterprise cybersecurity or security platforms (AI/ML focus is a plus).
• Deep familiarity with AI guardrails, MCP, AI gateways, and secure agentic platforms.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coaching: lead and grow a team of AI Security PMs with high standards for technical rigor and customer empathy.
• Hands-on Product Strategy & Execution: own strategic areas, define multi-year product vision, align with engineering, data science and developer relations.
• Full Lifecycle & Business Ownership: ideate, price, package, and enable sales for AI security solutions.
