Job summary

Cotality seeks a Principal TPM to scale AI across the enterprise, collaborating with world-class researchers and engineers to convert bleeding-edge AI into production platforms.

You will own the product strategy, design, and end-to-end lifecycle for core AI products, coordinating across AI Research, Engineering, Data Platforms, Security, and Product teams to deliver high-impact capabilities at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/AI/Math or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of deep technical experience spanning Technical Product Management, Software Engineering, or AI Research.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; ability to influence executive leadership and technical teams without direct authority.
• Advanced knowledge of the modern AI stack (Vector DBs, LangChain/LlamaIndex, vLLM, Hugging Face, Triton Inference Server).
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure) and distributed training infrastructure (Kubernetes, Slurm, GPU/TPU).
• Deep understanding of Agile/XP and Lean Product Design for experimental R&D or platform engineering environments.
• Strong strategic thinking balancing AI experimentation with enterprise reliability, safety, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Vision & Lifecycle Ownership: Lead the technical design, product strategy, and end-to-end lifecycle management for core AI products.
• Cross-Functional Technical Leadership: Bridge AI Research, Engineering, Data Platforms, Security, and Product teams to ship AI capabilities.
• Architecture & Scale: Define requirements for high-throughput, low-latency architectures that are scalable and secure.
• Continuous Evolution: Benchmark, fine-tune, and upgrade models and agent frameworks to maintain leadership.
• Advanced Problem Solving: Address highly ambiguous technical challenges with deep analytical frameworks to resolve bottlenecks.
