Job summary

Capital One is seeking an exceptional Technical Program Manager to drive the company’s AI/ML platforms across real-time information systems and data pipelines. You will shepherd initiatives from concept to production, coordinating researchers, engineers and business leaders to deliver reliable, high-impact solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field required.
9+ years of experience managing technical programs.
MBA or Master's Degree in a related technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

Drive Capital One's AI/ML platforms end-to-end across training, production, and lifecycle.
Collaborate with researchers, engineers, business leaders and stakeholders to deliver high‑reliability, real‑time experiences.
Pave the way for TPM discipline growth within the team and mentor other TPMs.
Communicate risks, tradeoffs, and progress to senior leadership and cross‑functional partners.
