You will architect frameworks, govern agent safety, and ensure production-readiness across large-scale enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software architecture, backend systems, or AI infrastructure.
• Hands-on with designing and deploying intelligent agents that can reason, plan, and act autonomously.
• Experience with secure and scalable agent systems in enterprise environments.
• Proficient in cloud-native platforms and distributed systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and define technical roadmaps.
• Knowledge of agent safety, observability, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Architect components for production-grade AI systems, including agent frameworks and LLM pipelines.
• Ensure models are measurable, debuggable, and trustworthy in high-stakes deployments.
• Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and data scientists on multi-agent coordination and AI tooling.
• Lead development of secure, scalable agent management and governance.
• Drive adoption of AI agents across enterprise via easy integration and safe execution.
• Define roadmap for agent platform and task orchestration.
