Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD with 6+ years hands-on HW/SW/Systems experience.
- Deep knowledge of AI frameworks and performance optimization on Windows.
- Experience with end-to-end system performance analysis and tuning.
Responsibilities
- Understand trends in ML network design and their impact on SW/HW design.
- Analyze bottlenecks in ML/AI workloads on Qualcomm stacks via simulation and on-device characterization.
- On-device correlation and tuning of algorithms versus pre-silicon predictions.
- Analyze Enterprise AI workflows and propose components for Snapdragon AI PCs with cloud integration.
- Interface with cross-site teams to deliver performant reference implementations, tools, and documentation.
- Propose new features in next-gen SoC system design to reduce bottlenecks.
