Job summary

Qualcomm Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Staff Product Manager to own the strategy and lifecycle for AI platform products spanning AI/ML model enablement, agentic systems, and orchestration runtimes on Windows edge devices.

You will define plans of record, lead cross-functional teams across hardware, software, and standards bodies, and translate market needs into shippable specifications with measurable KPIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management or related technical work experience.
• Experience shipping Windows-ecosystem AI/ML platforms, inference runtimes, or orchestration systems.
• Knowledge of edge AI APIs/DDIs and SDKs and app-to-silicon workflows (DirectX, WinML, OpenCL).
• Familiarity with AI middleware/frameworks such as llama.cpp, Ollama, AnythingLLM.

Responsibilities

• Define and ship Windows-based AI/ML platforms, agentic frameworks, and orchestration runtimes.
• Collaborate with standards bodies, consortia, and ecosystem partners to accelerate adoption.
• Develop product roadmaps, requirements, budgets, and KPIs with clear success criteria.
• Present complex roadmaps to customers, partners, and senior leadership.
