Job summary

Qualcomm is seeking a Sr. Director, PDM to guide the end-to-end product strategy for AI platform products, spanning model enablement, agentic systems, orchestration, and open standards across local accelerators such as CPU, GPU, and NPU.

You will build and lead a high-performing team, set long-term roadmaps, and collaborate with engineering, standards, and partner teams. You will drive cost-conscious, profitable roadmaps and ensure successful launches and adoption within the Windows edge‑AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• 10+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
• Experience with Windows‑ecosystem AI/ML platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds and leads a team of product managers, setting direction and objectives.
• Oversees cross-functional collaboration to deliver the product roadmap.
• Guides long-term business plans and portfolio decisions.
• Evaluates market needs and translates into roadmaps and specs.
• Drives launch strategies for Windows‑ecosystem AI products and standards.
• Communicates plans to customers, partners and executives and gathers feedback.
