Job summary

ServiceNow in the United States is seeking a visionary AI security leader to define the technical vision for AI-native security platforms. You will design scalable architectures and drive adoption of frontier AI models, agentic systems, and retrieval tech across enterprise solutions.

You will collaborate with product, UX, researchers, and customers to solve complex cybersecurity challenges and raise the engineering bar through mentorship and robust engineering practices.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering with leadership responsibility.
• Experience delivering AI/ML-powered products and platforms in production.
• Backend experience with distributed systems, APIs, microservices, cloud-native architectures.
• Systems designed to scale to enterprise workloads.
• Hands-on with frontier LLMs, agent frameworks, retrieval/vector tech, model evaluation and observability.
• Experience using AI-native development tools and coding agents in the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define the technical vision and architecture for AI-native security solutions.
• Explore applying emerging AI capabilities to cybersecurity problems in novel ways.
• Define architecture and standards to improve scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, researchers, customers, and leaders to identify high-value problems.
• Champion AI-native engineering practices including autonomous development and testing workflows.
• Present the team's technology and innovation to executives, customers, and partners.
• Mentor senior engineers and raise the overall engineering bar.
