The role demands hands-on technical leadership, strong communication, and a track record of delivering complex, data-driven products at scale.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 12+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in large-scale system architecture and delivery across domains.
• Strong depth in distributed services, cloud infra, and applied AI.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-powered products in production.
• Experience delivering personalization, experimentation, loyalty platforms at scale.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with technical and business partners.
• Ability to build alignment across teams without formal authority.
