NFI is seeking a Principal Developer to lead design and implementation of complex enterprise applications and AI-enabled solutions. This hybrid role combines coding with technical leadership across backend services, APIs, and data layers.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive application development experience with demonstrated technical leadership.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled applications or enterprise automation, including evaluation, integration, deployment, and operational support.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• Deep hands-on proficiency across a stack including C#/.NET, Python, Node.js, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and PHP; ability to work across related technologies.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support complex enterprise applications, integrations, and AI solutions; take technical ownership of assigned initiatives.
• Translate business needs into solution designs, implementation plans, estimates, acceptance criteria, and milestones; communicate changes early.
• Lead technical decisions for projects, evaluating options against value, security, reliability, and cost of ownership.
• Provide expert advice on cross-boundary problems; collaborate with architecture, security, data, and business teams.
