Job summary

NFI Industries in Camden, NJ seeks a Principal Developer to lead design and implementation of complex enterprise applications and responsible AI solutions. You will mentor developers, guide architecture decisions, and own technical delivery end-to-end.

The role blends coding with technical direction, driving milestones, risk mitigation, and modernization aligned with business priorities. Onsite five days a week with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressively responsible application development experience with enterprise solutions.
• Experience leading technical delivery across multiple applications or functions.
• Deep hands-on proficiency in the listed tech stack and cloud/hybrid environments.
• Advanced experience with Git, code reviews, automated testing, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support complex enterprise apps and AI solutions.
• Translate business needs into Designs, plans, estimates, and milestones.
• Lead technical decisions focusing on value, security, reliability, and cost.
• Provide expert guidance across architecture, integrations, data, and security.
• Write and review production code; establish reusable patterns and ownership.
• Mentor developers and promote best practices in delivery and quality.
