Job summary

Bluebird is partnering with a category-leading online learning company building AI-native tutoring platforms. You will join a small, high-calibre AI engineering team to develop two core systems: an AI Tutor for real-time adaptive teaching and an AI Creator to convert expert knowledge into interactive learning content.

You will own critical systems end-to-end as the product scales. Remote-friendly with visa sponsorship and relocation for the right person, the role offers leadership

Qualifications

• Track record of shipping agentic AI systems to real users in production.
• Experience in designing real-time AI tutoring or similar educational tech is a plus.
• Background in fast-moving startup environments (YC or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Design and ship agentic workflows in Python with LangGraph or LangChain.
• Own systems end to end from architecture through production, monitoring and iteration.
• Optimize for cost, latency and reliability at scale.
• Mentor a small team and influence product direction.
