Qualifikationen

• Typically 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with ownership of production systems.
• Hands-on experience deploying generative or multimodal AI systems into production.
• Experience delivering LLM applications and multi-step AI processing pipelines.

Aufgaben

• Own the technical architecture of AI-powered media processing pipelines from ingestion to delivery.
• Design scalable orchestration systems coordinating LLMs, ASR, TTS, translation and video models.
• Define service boundaries, data models, and architectural standards for reliable development.
• Evaluate generative and multimodal models to decide build vs buy vs integrate.
• Conduct model benchmarks assessing quality, performance, latency and cost before production.
• Build modular pipelines enabling vendor/model substitution with minimal changes.
• Optimize inference costs, latency, and throughput through batching, caching and routing.
• Develop automated evaluation for dubbed audio, translation accuracy, and brand compliance.
