Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on AI/ML experience with production deployments.
• End-to-end model lifecycle expertise including training, evaluation, and rollout.
• Deep knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and conversational AI patterns.
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs for enterprise use cases.
• Strong MLOps/LMLOps capabilities for scalable deployments.
• Experience with agentic frameworks and autonomous agents.
• Proficient in Python and modern SDLC practices (testing, code review, CI/CD).
• Advanced degree in CS/AI/ML or related field.
• Cloud-native ML infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of vector databases and embedding models.
• Model serving framework experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and deployment of scalable GenAI systems to production.
• Develop end-to-end GenAI features including APIs, model integration, monitoring, and deployments.
• Integrate and optimize LLMs for business planning use cases with prompt engineering and RAG.
• Build conversational interfaces and agentic workflows for natural-language planning tasks.
• Implement evaluation frameworks measuring accuracy, latency, and user satisfaction.
• Design APIs exposing AI capabilities to the platform and third-party integrations.
• Optimize inference pipelines for performance and cost in production.
• Establish monitoring and observability for GenAI systems.
• Collaborate with data scientists to productionise ML models and forecasting algorithms.
