Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering, data engineering, platform engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience designing enterprise platforms and scalable distributed systems.
• Experience with generative AI, conversational interfaces, or intelligent agents.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural patterns for conversational interfaces, AI assistants, and agent-based solutions.
• Create cohesive strategy connecting data, analytics, workflows, and AI into business experiences.
• Guide evolution toward proactive, context-aware decision support and automation.
• Define standards for hosting, UX, integration, deployment, and lifecycle management.
• Create scalable frameworks enabling rapid development with governance and security.
