Job summary

Cityblock Health, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Workforce Innovation to shape the future of work and talent AI optimization. You will partner with the People Leadership Team to design how roles, teams, and functions evolve, and build AI tools to make Talent programs 10x more effective.

You will lead the roadmap, analyze ROI, and drive measurable impact across the organization while working closely with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

8 to 10+ years spanning workforce planning, organizational design, work design, operations or process transformation, ideally in a complex, multi-site, or regulated environment.
Hands‑on experience building AI agents, copilots, or workflow automations yourself with measurable impact.
Strong applied AI and automation capability: prompt, test, iterate, and evaluate outputs for accuracy and bias.

Responsibilities

Lead workforce innovation strategy and AI-enabled talent optimization across the enterprise.
Partner with People Leadership Team and business leaders to evolve roles, teams, and functions over 12–36 months.
Design, prototype, and ship AI-powered workflows, copilots, and automations for the People function; own ROI and roadmap.
