Job summary

Cityblock Health is seeking a Principal, Workforce Innovation to lead their future of work and talent AI optimization practice. You will design how roles and teams evolve, build AI tools to enhance Talent programs, and partner with executives to drive ROI across the organization.

You’ll work closely with the People Leadership Team to prototype AI-powered workflows, copilots, and automations, and ensure measurable efficiency gains while aligning with regulatory and ethical standards.

Qualifications

8–10+ years in workforce planning, organizational design, or related operating model change.
Hands-on experience building AI agents, copilots, or workflow automations and measurable outcomes.
Strong quantitative skills: time/cost modeling, business case construction, and workforce data analysis.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the future of work strategy, roadmap, and ROI across Cityblock.
Design, prototype, and ship AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations for the People function.
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to implement changes and measure impact.
