Job summary

Autodesk is recruiting a Principal Consultant to join the Global Consulting Delivery team in North America. You will define and deploy strategies for digital design, delivery, and AI-enabled management, driving enterprise transformation.

You will lead workshops, shape service offerings, and partner with Autodesk teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for large customers. The role requires 7+ years in the Buildings industry with strong delivery and change management skills, plus travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in Buildings industry with design, engineering or delivery focus.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and drive decisions.
• Strong communication, program and change management skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50% including international travel.

Responsibilities

• Define innovative building design, engineering, and management strategies.
• Develop Customer Success Plans and engagements with Autodesk teams.
• Ensure high-quality delivery against Customer Success Plans.
• Shape consulting services and delivery methods.
• Partner with internal teams to grow the consulting portfolio.
• Lead workshops and document project impact and value.
