Job summary

Autodesk seeks a Principal Consultant to join the Global Consulting Delivery team in North America, based in Colorado. You will define and deploy strategies to leverage digital design, delivery, management, and AI to drive enterprise-level transformation.

You will work with Autodesk’s largest customers to craft Customer Success Plans, guide delivery, shape service offerings, and mentor junior staff while traveling up to 50% to client sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in buildings industry with focus on digital design and delivery solutions.
• Strong strategic thinking, program and change management, and communications.
• Ability to facilitate customer workshops and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Define innovative building design, engineering and management strategies with customers.
• Develop Customer Success Plans and engagements to deliver strategies.
• Ensure delivery against the Customer Success Plan with project management teams.
• Shape Autodesk Consulting service offerings and delivery.
• Lead workshops with customers to identify opportunities and align on solutions.
• Develop high-quality design and operational deliverables for customers.
• Document impact and value of delivered solutions for customers.
